Delivery.
All clothes and lingerie orders are carefully wrapped in tissue before we send them to you, just to make your experience of buying from us just that little bit more special.
Orders are processed within a day of being received, but please allow up to seven days for the delivery of bigger items.
Occasionally some items maybe out of stock, you will be notified and the item can be refunded or delivered when stock comes in.
I have tried to make the charges for delivery simple.
- All small items will go by by first post and usually will be sent the same day.
- All larger items will be sent by carrier and sometimes can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
- Sales under £50.00 will cost £2.95 per UK address and Northern Ireland.
- All sales over £50.00 are free.
International Orders
For International Orders that can be sent by mail, we will get an exact figure for you and let you know excluding larger items, which will have to go by courier. Please email you order to us and we willl get back to you with details of how to pay

Express delivery is an extra £6.50 per address and will have to be signed for.

RETURNS
You can return your order any time within 14 days of receiving it, with the original invoice for exchange or refund, we do not refund delivery charges except when the item is returned because of our error. The order must be in a resaleable condition. If your goods are faulty or damaged the full cost of the product will be refunded. Please obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning items, lost items cannot be refunded.
If you need a different size, please return the item with the original invoice and we will happily exchange it free of postal charges.
