Order Processing and Packaging

Tissue WrapAll clothing and lingerie  orders are carefully tissue wrapped and packaged before shipping, to make your experience of buying from us just that little bit more special.

Occasionally an item may be out of stock. If this is the case you will be notified as soon as possible and given the choice of a refund or delivery on arrival of stock.

UK Delivery

Free UK DeliveryWe try to keep our delivery process nice and simple; Orders are processed within a day of receipt, smaller items will normally go by post (usually on the same day), larger items which require carrier shipping may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

In a hurry?
Express delivery is an extra £6.50 per address and will have to be signed for. Please call us to arrange Express Delivery.

Not at home?
If you are not sure you will be home to accept delivery, why not have the goods sent to your place of work?

International Delivery

We are happy to ship the majority of our products overseas - your order will be shipped by international mail or courier depending on size and weight.  Please call or email your order to us and we will respond promptly with further pricing and payment details.

Returns Policy

You can return your order any time within 14 days of receiving it, with the original invoice for exchange or refund. The exception being maternity wear and nursing lingerie, as we understand that pregnancy is not predictable, this is returnable within 30 days.

We do not refund delivery charges except when the item is returned because of our error. The order must be in a resaleable condition. If your goods are faulty or damaged the full cost of the product will be refunded.   Please obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning items, lost items cannot be refunded.

If you require a different size, please return the item with the original invoice and we will happily exchange it free of postal charges.

If you are unsure of anything, please don’t hesitate to ask, we try to help in any way that we can.  If we can`t help you, then we will do our best to help you find someone who can.
